1. Hello!!!

   I just heard about the RPI Formula SAE team and saw the videos! I love cars, especially racing cars!

   My name is H.J. Kim, accepted student to RPI for the next upcoming Fall.

   Are Freshmen allowed to be on the team? Is there a size limit for the team next year?

   I might not be the best expert on cars, but I have a great work ethic and I am willing to invest my time for this special experiential learning… and I love racing cars.

     Absolutely! Freshman are not only allowed, but encouraged to join the team! There is no set size limit for the team. We are always looking for motivated new engineers to help out. There is no shortage of work for people of all backgrounds so bring that willingness to invest your time, because we’ll put it to good use!

     None of us are experts on cars, but we all bring something unique to the team so together we have a great combined knowledge and ability. Just look at what we produce every year!

     No matter what you want to learn about or work on, we can help and we can use your help!

     Congratulations on your acceptance to RPI. We look forward to seeing you in the shop!

   Great job this year. I know some of the younger members are already busy working on the next years car this summer. Enjoy your summer and can’t wait to see next years car.
